Harurot Team Building @ Awana Genting (14 - 16 Nov 2007)

Our 'serious' looking team-building photo for the records!

Above & Below: Our venue and it's splendour...

Ahhhh.... fresh air in the morning along with good friends and a hearty breakfast..

Rachel & Maggie clowning around just before our HSSE Briefing and Mr Perry Khoo our teambuilding coach steps in to take the reins..Attentive listening but I guess Millie and Guilaine couldn't decide which one should turn around and wake Keith up!

'Officer' Millie apprehended a stress-related criminal during lunch as the pressure of events poured in leading to the evening's festivities

Food...Food... Glorious Food! A gastronomical indulgence with a wonderful view!

Above & Below: A walk in to the 'Challenges' arranged...Notice the anxiety, 'pressure', the 'how am I going to rig' the results and deep concentration....

Above & Below: Millie using her final phone call to obtain a solution whilst everyone else cracks their brains. "This shouldn't be that hard", says Limi to Sook Peng smiling away... "Make sure you don't fall off ya", says Perry demonstrating on how to use the gigantic wooden slippers. Patrick is confident that he and his team will be able to deliver 110%. Jackee and Leo on the other hand decided that a scissors rock paper game would settle who puts on those heavy slippers...

Above: Team 2 at the imaginary 'Crocodile Bridge'... "Get me across before they eat me", shouts Guilaine. "Oh no... I can't bear to watch this", says Henry as he hugs Leo for comfort...

Above: Team 1 at the Gigantic Slippers... "Don't worry Shyan Jiunn I'll hold you", says Bernard.. "Left... to the left... aiyoh", says Millie but Wilson, Patrick and Maggie don't seem to be able to get there...

Above: Team 3 trying to defuse the bomb.. "I've got it, I've got it but if I pull it then....", Beh in deep thought of the consequences and after much deliberation got the help of his team to yank on the ropes together!

Above: Kim Loon and Henry working it! Standing on one leg is not that hard for Henry as he throws the rope across to Rachel. Team 2 aced this challenge by defusing the bomb 7 times - CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Above: "Aiyah, my left not your right", says Way Meng as he tries to get his team to move and collect the wooden tiles. "Bend ya knees, left forward, right side... STOP!". "Take it easy and SLOW DOWN or I'll loose this stack of tiles", says Jackee trying to hang on.

Above: Looks like the imaginary crocodiles don't seem to scare Wilson as he crosses over... even after Perry pulls the boxes further apart than when they first started. Team 2.... Champions for this challenge doing it 8 times over!!! WOOHOO!!!

Above: "Oh noooo... Help Me!", says Keith as he crosses over. Jackee and Teck Guan posing for the cameras whilst Way Meng and Keith look from the other end.

Above: Sheau Jiun wonders if this method is going to work... Wilson takes a walk along the parameter just to make sure. "One..two..three.. PULL!!".

Above & Below: Kim Loon posing with Chew and Malini singing "You Can't Touch This". He and his posse at their very best aced this challenge and winning it by 1 tile from Team 3... Congratulations!!

Below: Perry giving us our closing pep talk after all three teams completed the Challenges. Overall Winner = Team 2!! 祝贺!!!

Below: Teambuilding Part Two - Tea for Two Cha got all the participants in stitches! Check out all the photos....

Below: Whilst everyone is getting their comic strips in place, Chew and Kim Loon decided to disturb Chin Theng a bit with the Momma comic strip character with Guilaine looking from the other end...

Above: 'All for One and One for All' (L-R) Leo, Henry, Michael and Jackee posing together... but wait.... Wilson is not in the picture... no wonder he's not happy ... one more for the camera folks!!
